Alex origianlly formed this company in 2014 to help rural family practices keep more money in thier pockets so that they could better serve the community. Alex has been a healthcare proffessional for over 20 years, Leadinng teams and companies in multiple C-Suite postions. He is happy to be back in the CEO position for SAMB after taking time off to create several clinical mental health programs to combat anxiety and depression during the covid outbreak.

She has a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification and extensive knowledge of medical billing and coding. Monica has worked remotely with clients across the United States, trained employees on correct billing practices, and obtained HRSA funding for practices. With her experience as a Billing Manager and Administrative Assistant, she has strong organizational and multitasking skills
